A sampling of assets I created as an in-house Visual Designer on Syndio's marketing team, including top-of-funnel digital ads, organic social posts, and web pages. These materials directly market to enterprise leaders, providing resources to assess their potential employee pay gaps and support their pay equity efforts. Companies can then use Syndio's software to resolve and report on internal pay practices.

Social ads

LinkedIn ad design
These ads use simplified imagery of international pay gap reporting deadlines to promote Syndio's Pay Gap Reporting Hub, which provides comprehensive guidance on regulations across the world. Company leaders can reference requirements for the countries in which their employees live, and use Syndio's software and legal expertise to streamline the reporting process.
These ads—using a more severe design style—feature evocative imagery showcasing pay and promotion gaps, which urge company leaders to check for internal inequities. Pay transparency policies will reveal the truth regardless, so this free Transparency Readiness Assessment provides a way for companies to find out whether there are pay gaps among their employees, and how to resolve them using Syndio.

Here, I animated the hero of Syndio's homepage refresh. The video focuses on distilling the new messaging of the software and showing the capabilities in a way that's quick and easy to understand.
